    What? Emergency Rental Assistance Website Planned Outage

    When? Through June 25, 2022

    Please be advised that on May 1, 2022, Clayton County Rental Assistance website will conduct a scheduled outage on software system upgrades and services. The outage is expected to last from May 1, 2022 (midnight) until May 23, 2022 (midnight). The outage is scheduled to perform a system’s upgrade to ensure that stable and efficient services are being provided to the Clayton County community.  If you have already completed an application before this date (May 1), please be advise that vendors are working hard to follow up with all applicants. You can check the status of your application through the following:

    • Log in to Neigborly portal (if application was completed, you should have received application ID number and instruction on how to check your status via portal)
    • Call center 770-347-0212
    • Email (MUST have application ID as subject line)
