COVID-19 Relief: Home, Mortgage, Utility Assistance

The Clayton County Board of Commissioners recognize the harsh and long-term impact the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic presents for its constituents/residents.  We are aware of the critical need for assistance and resources.  In an effort to help residents endure these uncertain financial times, residents are encouraged to:

  • Review the currently available relief program(s).
  • Complete and submit an application.
  • Submit all required documentation to determine eligibility.

*Disclaimer: Residents may qualify for multiple programs.  However, residents who are eligible and approved for assistance may only receive eligible/approved funding for disbursement from one program offering housing, mortgage, and utility assistance.

The CDC Eviction Moratorium has been extended until July 31, 2021, meaning that no one should be evicted solely for non-payment of rent until that date.
